In the Releases section of this GitHub repository you can find a zip that is formatted for OvGME. You may still choose to add the mods manually if you prefer.
This mod contains a simple edit to all the ‘description.lua’ files in every livery that comes with DCS. The tweak performed on the files will allow those liveries to be selected when playing as any faction.

- Install as a PROGRAM MOD (not Saved Games)
- REMOVE Faction restrictions for all stock skins in all modules
- Works in MP servers that allow mods
- Other players WILL see the livery you assign yourself
